Consultant urgently required to be responsible for the construction of solutions (in-house or via partners), such as CRM and Billing solutions, and the on-going evolution plan of these platform(s). Job Responsibilities will include the design of solution components, SME for applications, development of solution components (including management of partner resource where applicable), testing of solutions, management and delivery of work packages to agreed SLA, 3rd line support, system roadmap, capacity plans and upgrade paths known and actioned
Salary is Negotiable (per year)
