Our client, a mainstream house builder, is looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager to be based in their Exeter office. Candidates must be within commutable distance of Exeter, have a relevant qualification in Building and a sound track record in the house building sector. As a Customer Care Operative/Manager you will be liaising directly with tenants and be responsible for carrying out snagging, defects and maintenance work on both private and social housing developments. A salary of circa 35-40k is on offer for the ideal candidate.
