Main Contractor with links to a Social Housing Provider have identified a need for a Contracts Manager. This is an office based role, however, a lot of time will be spent visiting sites and coordinating the workforce. You will have experience of supervising and managing site staff on a variety of projects such as Social and Speculative housing, new build and refurbishment, along with other general contracts ranging in value between 40k and 1.5m.
