Our Client urgently requires a Senior Contracts Manager to work with their team based in London. The role will involve leading and co-ordinating various projects up to 10m, being the focal point in a team for the planning, co-ordination, design and construction functions on each allocated project from post contract to completion. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of the social housing sector as well as general design and build projects. A construction management or similar degree is essential.
Salary is up to ¿¿65k + package (per year)
