Working for this insurer you will be responsible for managing the UK Property, Motor and Casualty fraud process. Youl will be required to manage internal and external fraud resources and establish staffing strategy based on forecasting needs from claims trends in the office. You will conduct file reviews of staff monthly for quality of investigation, build relationships with internal and external business partners and market the companies fraud proposition.
