We have a fantastic opportunity for a Case Manager - Youth Justice in the South West London area. Responsibilities: 1. To work to the policies and procedures of the Council YJS, Youth Justice Board and the National standards for the delivery of youth justice services and help meet outcomes of the Crime & Disorder Act 1998 / Children Act 2004 including promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people. 2.
