The Role: A large Banking group requires an extremely strong Sanctions Compliance Business Analyst who will be responsible for the definition of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for their Sanctions Compliance programme. Responsibilities will include completion of current state analysis, definition of capability/process framework, conduct mapping of processes against capabilities to identify gaps in the TOM, coordinate/perform impact assessments on proposals for change and extensive liaison with key stakeholders across the business.
