- planificarea, organizarea si montiorizarea activitatii operatorilor pe linie, astfel incat sa se desfasoare conform standardelor interne;
- completarea rapoartelor pentru liniile de care este responsabil si asigurarea ca informatiile continute de acestea sunt corecte;
- completarea si analizarea indicatorilor la nivel de schimb legati de performanta, calitate – rata defectelor si disponibilitatea liniei si luarea de masuri corespunzatoare;
- conducerea, dezvoltarea si motivarea activitatii operatorilor pe liniile de care este responsabil;
- distribuirea uniforma a muncii si a operatiilor pe linii pentru indeplinirea contractului de productie;
- asigurarea rotatiei pe posturi conform nevoilor;
- asigurarea existentei materiei prime, a controlului de calitate si a trasabilitatii;
- respectarea disciplinei pe liniile de productie – a programului de lucru si a orelor si duratelor stabilite pentru pauze; a respectarii normelor in ceea ce priveste echipamentele de lucru si de protectie;
- completarea si actualizarea zilnica a pontajului conform standardelor ART (Autoliv Romania Total) pe fisele standard si in fisierul Excel din locatia comuna;
- evaluarea permanenta a activitatii operatorilor din echipa si realizarea evaluarilor periodice standard ART la timp conform procedurilor existente;
- scolarizarea operatorilor noi si a celor existenti cu privire la standardele aplicabile precum si la proiecte / procese noi.
Educatia:
- Studii superoare tehnice(profil mecanica, inginerie tehnologica, TCM, etc);
Cunostinte de specialitate:
- Organizarea productiei
- Sisteme de productie
- Logistica
Aptitudini:
- comunicare;
- bune cunostinte PC (Ms Office);
- Limba Engleza nivel mediu spre avansat;
- abilitatea de a lua decizii;
- persoana rezistena in conditii de stres si presiune.

Beginning with 2005 Autoliv Romania extended its activity having in present together with Seat belts Division, Van Oerle Division which are producing 100 types of webbing for seat belts, all colors and structures;
Engineering Division which has as main purpose the development of optimal safety systems in order to increase traffic safety and Inflators Division which is producing inflators for airbags.
In 2006 we expanded our company creating a development centre in Timisoara, which is a part of Autoliv Electronics Europe, an operational entity of Autoliv Electronics, serving the European market with development and manufacturing of airbags control units and sensors, Telematics and Active Safety products, for automotive.
Starting with 2007 we increased our business in Romania with Textile Division in Lugoj which in this moment has more that 1000 employees.
and from 2008 we started Airbag Module Division and our main customer it is Audi.
