-Unterstützung des Projektteams im laufenden Tagesgeschäft
-Aktualisierung und Verfolgung der Arbeitsagende des Projektteams
-Briefwechsel und Organisation
-Erfassung und Übersetzung von Dokumenten aus Deutsch/Englisch in Rumänisch und aus Rumänisch in Deutsch/Englisch
-Archivierung, Eintragung und Verteilung aller Dokumenten und E-Mails die eintreffen und ausgehen
-Unterkunft- und Transportorganisation für alle Mitarbeiter und Gäste der Firma
