Our new facility which operates 24/7 site.
You will be responsible for ensuring all site services and production equipment is maintained to ensure down time is kept to a minimum and the site runs efficiently at all times.
Your key responsibilities will be focusing upon implementing an effective planned preventative maintenance programme and breakdown maintenance support function, to ensure all reactive and planned maintenance is done in a timely manor, health and safety and to motivate your team.
You will also be involved in continuous improvement work at production bottlenecks and offer suggestions / projects for improvements, the recruitment / disciplinary process and control the maintenance budget.
Another aspect to the role will be the uniting of various teams within the company to drive best practice, standardize processes.
Diploma in Mechanical Technical University or have served a full apprenticeship with experience in the automotive industry.
You will be a dynamic character who can motivate his team whilst making the changes needed to unite the engineering teams. Knowledge from automation side is a plus.
