•Inspection of incoming materials (emissions of documentation: over / shortage / rejected or acceptance mtl). Verification of certificates (if required) of the materials.
•Reorganization of Materials:
a.if materials not in stock, creating the PR (in MAXIMO CMMS);
b.if the materials in stock, analysis of the quantity to order, check possible double codes.
•Technical evaluation of the offers received for the materials ordered, capacity to decide on possible replacements for obsolete materials analyzing data sheets of the offers (if available) of the elements installed in the plant.
•Implement data in Maximo, with data collected in catalogs, data sheets, photos of materials (if new) just arrived, or if the materials in stock on the shelves.
•Supervise and oversees the daily operation of the site warehouse and tool room.
•Responsible for directing all activities and related functions for receiving, storage and the shipment of materials tools and equipment.
•Responsible for proper record keeping in receiving, storage, and shipping of Materials, Tools and Equipment.
•Provide technical and administrative direction to the host local in country-hired materials, tools and equipment handlers.
•Oversees in the preparation and prepares various tool, equipment and material receiving and shipping reports.
•Expedite for missing materials, tools and equipment as may be required.
•Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, materials and spare parts.

•Provide the leadership for his responsibilities and is accountable for the results.
•Committed to training of a competent host country warehouse staff.
•Graduate with ten years of related experience
•Having held a similar supervisor position in the last 2 years
•Must be a team member and team player with leadership, motivation and technical skills.
•Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Excel and having specific IPMS and BCSCrib Tool management system experience.
•Read and write English with multicultural experience.
