Advansys is looking for a Telematics Developer who will join our team implementing communication interfaces with telematics and mobile devices based on existing framework and existing protocols.
The developer is responsible for developing, documenting, testing and setting the communication with new devices.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Collaborate in the technical specifications
• Design and implement communications between business applications and devices using
multiple bearers and different protocols
• Participate to all aspects of the project life-cycle

Technical skills:
• Java 1.6 or higher (J2EE) - (5+ years experience)
• JPA & Hibernate
• JBoss AS v4.2 and JBossMQ JMS
• SQL with Oracle DBMS (version 10), SQL Developer
• OS: Linux Red Hat
• Eclipse 3.5
• TESTNG & Junit
• Ant & IVY
• TCP/IP & UDP stacks
• SMS CIMD2 & SMPP
Requirements:
• Familiar with modern, iterative software design processes (UML, RUP)
• Ability to cooperatively work and interact with a variety of team members
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines and handle simultaneously multiple assignments
• Able to maintain confidentiality with internal information
Excellent English skills both written and oral is prerequisite for this position.
