Tasks:
Provide administration support in the Windows environments to the SQL Server RDBMS performing such tasks as:
- Clone database
- Backup database
- Recovery database
- Patch application
- Technical documentation
- Application of security enhancement
- Database performance tuning
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a MS-SQL Server database administrator, including 2 years with MS-SQL Server (latest or "latest-1" version);
- Knowledge and minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting MS-SQL Server environments utilized for SharePoint implementations in Windows O/S setups;
- Experience in writing technical reports and documents in English;
- Excellent English (written and spoken) language skills with the ability to express complex technical matters: level C
Desirable Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience of UNIX/Linux operating systems;
- Minimum of 2 years of MySQL and/or Oracle DBA experience.
