QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Location: IRELAND

Responsibilities Include:
Managing and controlling all commercial contractual matters
Cost control and final account preparation of the project
Liaising with Design Team, Clients, Sub-Contractors, Contracts, Project Manager
Liaising and promoting co-operation with other related functions
Ability to negotiate effectively coupled with excellent communication skills
Management of Intermediate and Junior Surveyors as required.
Fluent English is essential.
The Candidate
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. He / She must have a proven track record and relevant experience in dealing with all surveying functions, in addition to a strong commercial awareness. He / She should be a self-motivated individual with 3 or more years experience working on projects. The successful candidate will be supported by a strong construction management team accustomed to the successful completion of large scale prestigious projects.
