We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our client, world leader in animal nutrition, with offices open in 26 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for the General Manager;
- Manage the daily agenda, correspondence, phone calls, information requests, travel arrangements, accommodation, various company information and documents etc.
- Various general administrative tasks: translations of official documents, handling of company information and documents, etc.
- Provide various reports for the Management;
- Other administrative tasks upon request.
- Previous experience on a similar position;
- Excellent English knowledge (both written and spoken);
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage;
- Preferably University degree;
- Availability to work in Crevedia or residence close by;
- Excellent communication and interrelation skills;
- Ability to organize and prioritize the activity and to work with minimum supervision.
