RESPONSABILITATI

Manages the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and needs assessments for training and development programs.
Develops methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
Formulates and implements curricula based on knowledge and understanding of business unit objectives and departmental needs, continuously leveraging available skills monitoring tools, reports and performance matrixes
Involved from the very beginning in the new project to effectively plan, design and execute training plans for the new projects
Continuously monitors the training needs and contributes to the creation of effective training strategy based on the changing needs of internal and external clients
Works effectively with the QA supervisor in planning, execution and follow up on training assignments aiming at the best leveraging of available shared resources and their skills
Understands and contributes to the overall vision on the role of the support function, promotes its services and has a client focus approach for any need communicated
Effectively supervises the translation of organisational documentation into innovative and appropriate learning solution designs, leveraging available teaching technologies to assure training effectiveness
Supervisors and mentors the development of all instructional and supporting materials and media to deliver to learning solution design supporting internal and external clients.
Supervises the creation and monitors the execution of appropriate pre and post learning assessment methods for courses.
Reviews learning material on a regular basis to ensure quality and relevance to current needs.
Continually refines and optimises standards and best practices for course design and development of instructional content and media.
Works with the Quality Assurance findings on HR processes, tools and reporting following to assure proper trainings/refreshers/coachings are taking place to assure continuous performance improvement
Assures continuous improvement in quality via coaching, refresher trainings, skills improvement sessions, etc.
Acts as ambassador of the Training and Quality Assurance Department continuously offering, informing and promoting training activities across the organization


CERINTE

University degree with a preference for instructional design
Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervisory position in the area of training,
Tangible experience (minimum 3 years) in a in the design and execution of training programmes
Thorough knowledge of learning theory and learning design best practice, including experience of the ADDIE design methodology
Strong project management experience leading deployments for enterprise customer
Proven ability to elicit customer requirements and define limits to project scope
Undisputed success under aggressive schedules and shifting direction
Advanced oral and written communication skills (English proficient), problem solving, negotiation, and multi-tasking experience
Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision making skills
Strong supervisory command skills
Excellent presentation skills
Highly self-motivated and imaginative person
Ability to review source content and translate it into defined learning objectives
Ability to grasp business concepts across diverse areas of the business and to transform these into clear training designs
Ability to think in creative and innovative ways
Strong PC knowledge (PowerPoint/Excel/Microsoft/SAP/PSFT/LMS systems)
Natural ability to work collaboratively with others and a communication style that is open and transparent
Management of remote team(s)
Adaptable style that is comfortable within a high-energy, action-oriented culture

Additional prerequisites:
Experience in outsourcing sectors (HR outsourcing and/or Learning Management System projects)
Other EU languages such as German and/or French
