The role

We are looking for several Training Assistants to join our team. The candidates will be self-starters, driven, independent thinkers with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for managing the learning/ training records of employees
* Booking/ Cancelling or moving employees training courses
* Booking Hotel accommodation or informing sites of any dietary requirements
* Booking training rooms
* Giving feedback to course owners after they have finished the course
* Checking to see if an employee is suitable for the course that they want to attend
* Speaking with the employees, course owners, HR managers and sites
* Organising course materials
* Emailing confirmations to employees, managers and course owners
No training carried out, only managing records


CERINTE

Critical Technical & Behavioral Skills/Qualifications:

Our future colleagues should have relevant experience on an administrative role, preferably in the HR field.
The following skills are required for this role:
An advanced level of English
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
Effective customer service skills i.e. follow up on requests with internal and external clients
Strong attention to detail
