We are looking for a passionate Trainer to join our collection team.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying training and development needs;
• Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs
• Producing training materials;
• Managing the delivery of training and development programmes;
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Previous experience in collection activity;
• Exposure to a customer service business environment;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Very high level of organizational and time management skills.
