RESPONSABILITATI

installing, upgrading and configuring Java Centric server;
providing detailed diagnostic support and assisting customers for better utilizations of products;
cooperating directly with development for permanent resolution;
understand, maintain and imppove SLAs;
activities related to automation, - productivity enhancements, reduction in user issues;
guide and mentor a team of Product Support engineers.


CERINTE

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering;
at least 5 years experience in customer interface and product support;
7-9 years of experience in working in technology such as Java, UNIX, Design Patterns and Design techniques;
experience with technology tools to include Jboss, Apache, Tomcat and performance monitoring tools.
strong knowledge of designing, architecture and managing large application environments.
