RESPONSABILITATI

Primary Responsibilities

1. Responding to day-to-day IT operations and internal requirements regarding Technical support or configuration changes.
2. Validating remediation efforts of findings related to vulnerability and system configurations
3. Implementing and maintaining defined security solutions
4. Manages the equipment update/upgrade and password administration processes utilizing tools available like the XDM and Web UI's so that all agreed on SLA's are achieved.
5. Reviewing of device security compliance status required for audits and client security reviews.
6. Be alert to any potential security or privacy risks in the environment
7. Interface with UTC IT infrastructure (and or UTC IT Infrastructure provider) in support of technical support requirements.


CERINTE

1. You have 1 or more years of IT network knowledge/implementation experience (e.g., Microsoft Server and Workstation OS, (secure) network topologies/architectures)
2. You have MS Office professional tools suite experience
3. You are an analytical thinker who solves problems and develops continually more effective solutions to them
4. You can make informed decisions quickly and leverage your communication abilities to implement them
