The Role: Technical Project Coordinator



Main task will be Technical Project management– running several projects in parallel:



ü At the inception of projects

- Work with the various parties in a project to establish reasonable timelines, document risks, issues, etc

- Write documentation associated with Innovation projects, e.g. Statements of Work, project description, plans, Final product documentation, …

ü Throughout project lifecycle

- Organize and run regular touch-base meetings

- Write minutes

- Update plans

- Manage risks / issues

- Ensure everything is happening and is on track

- Follow up on slippages / action items with all stakeholders

- Escalate as appropriate

- Manage, store, organize and communicate project-related documents in a shared environment / location

- Prepare reports as requested / appropriate (email, PPT, word)



The candidate might also have to deal with Project-related peripheral tasks such as:

- Financial Modelling – collect information and project potential Return on Investment for innovation projects

- Technical writing – writing documentations related to project or actual product

- Testing – help test and document part of the produced tools when required

- IT analysis – understand IT infrastructures required for deployment, document, identify bottlenecks/requirements and track progress

- Technical Business Process Analysis and Re-Engineering – analyse data provided (e.g. processes, workflows, call recordings etc…) to help guide technical implementation through quality-driven techniques
