RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure high level of HR support to the management and employees;
Implementation of HR policies/procedures and processes;
Annual roll-out of Performance Management, Promotion and Pay Planning processes;
Absence and attrition management;
Ability to deal with disciplinary/grievance and HR issues;
Conduct presentations / workshops on HR related matters to ensure all managers are familiar with the company approach to performance appraisal process, succession planning and other processes and projects;
Close cooperation with the Global HR Organization.


CERINTE

Educated to Master's degree preferably in HR;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international company;
Good knowledge of Labour Code and Social Regulations;
Fluent in verbal & written English;
Maturity, high personal standards & “hands-on” approach;
Ability to work strategically & tactically;
Demonstrable success in implementing HR programmes;
Problem solving attitude, with an ability to influence;
Organised, self-motivated, flexible and proactive and a good team player.
