RESPONSABILITATI

Support delivery of Proposals and Solutions, in support of Pre Sales, (Ongoing Allocated Project basis) with responsibility for:

– Imaging workflows

– New Innovation Integration

Implementation of new contracts and changes to contracts (Ongoing Allocated Project basis)
Excel as a Technical Specialist, leading and mentoring by example
Fully support the Solutions Integration Team Leader and deputise if required.
Fully support the mentoring of individuals/teams whether technical or operational to support the implementation and management of BPS Services (DPO, BPO)
Ensure inter team co-operation is maintained and enhanced to enable delivery all Customer required application.

The following area’s of focus will be required to successfully deliver this role:



Proactively Support Ongoing certification to ISO 27001 and ISO9001 Standards.
Support operational Technology Review processes against existing contracts to drive productivity
Support Contract and Business productivities through technology innovation and optimisation
Support team process on optimization of environments(Solutions, Development, Infrastructure)
Support Best practices and Re-configurable solutions for BPS Services.
Support and Input to BCP/DRP Plans to address a more generic framework.
Provide Innovate recommendations and solution to optimize new/historical processes
Pro-actively contribute and support consistency in solution and service enablement.
Pro-actively contribute and support SI Team in Deployment of European Projects
Support and adhere to established process of team engagement (internally and externally)
Continue to listen and understand market and make appropriate recommendation
Support team to ensure Level 2 support coverage is available for all BPS enablement’s both local and within XE
Support operational Technology Review processes against existing contracts to drive productivity
Support team process on optimization of environments(Solutions, Development, Infrastructure)
Support Best practices and Re-configurable solutions for BPS Services.
Support business requirement to maintain operational delivery to ensureSLAcompliance
100% Process Compliance both from a Xerox Corporate and local perspective:

Proven ability to work as a self managed employee and with the ability to create good working relationships with other regional staff and become a virtual team member in key situations.
Good communication skills will be essential due to the nature and scope of contacts this job will be exposed to. From the technical developers through to senior management, both those fluent in English to those that have a very elementary knowledge of English.
Good competencies (Administrator level desirable) in a wide range of Microsoft Operation Systems and applications. Especially Windows Server O/S. MS SQL Server, MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), MS Visio, XML, XSLT.
Experience with the use of and creation of low to high complexity reporting using SSRS and SSAS
A general understanding of networking (TCP / SNMP) and its relationship to a distributed application installation, including VPN connectivity, Firewall security and overall general security.
An understanding of software development lifecycle and current Microsoft development tool - MS Visual Studio (C#).
Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable skills in the IT areas identified, showing a high degree of analytical, reporting and general technical competencies.
A good understanding of the Document Imaging and Hosting industry. Xerox offerings and some knowledge of competitor offerings would always be useful.
A general understanding of the financial considerations that impact how Xerox Imaging and Hosting Services can impact the end Customer.
Awareness of the developments within the R&D community both within Xerox and externally and how these developments can be leveraged to enhance the Technical enablement of Xerox solutions
The ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the business will be vitally important for successful completion of many tasks.
The ability to motivate colleagues and other organisational unit to be good team players will be critical.
The candidate will need to be self-motivated and capable of a large degree of self-management. They will need to be highly technical and adaptable but must combine this with a set of communications skills that will allow them to have discussions with both technical and non-technical staff alike whilst still getting the intended message across.
A level of negotiation skills will be required during supplier discussion.
An ability to quickly understand the business boundaries and how that will effect decisions made on where and how certain hardware/software components should be used and in what configuration for optimal usage.
Must be capable of planning and organising not only yourself but a small (virtual) team in order to plan large, multi faceted projects which may have deliveries over a 3 - 12 month deliver cycle.
Analytical skills are essential to analyse the complex requirements collected from the variety of tools relating to the customers data.
Driving Licence essential,UK, European andUStravel will be necessary on occasions.
