Transaction Services Customer Support in Europe is responsible for the 1-2nd line service desks taking care of Basware customers in the maintenance phase across Europe. Now we are looking for Customer Support personnel to our office in Lasi, Romania.
As a Support Specialist / Consultant you will consult our customers how to use Basware products and services, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems either over the phone by e-mail, or via online web service. You will communicate actively with customers and also with many internal and external stakeholders in Europe and India.
To succeed in this role, you need to have IT related education and experience in customer service, preferably in customer support. You should know XML basics, Microsoft operating systems and database basics (SQL). It is a big plus if you have any understanding of e-invoicing and/or financial management processes. You also need to have fluent English business skills (oral, written). We are especially looking for candidates with other European language skills, preferably German and French.
