Sr Accountant with French and English

We are looking for a French& English speaking SR Accountant to join our team in Iasi. As our future colleague you will be responsible for the statutory and internal accounting requirements for multiple Xerox companies based in the following countries: France, Netherlands & Malta.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare the monthly P&L, balance sheet and related reports for submission to the US parent company in accordance with strict reporting deadlines
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis
Prepare the statutory annual accounts and liaise with external auditors
Implement Xerox controls and procedures and liaise with internal audit department for SOX compliance
Provide support to operations
Integration into existing accounting structure of new business deals
Maintain the General Ledger
Liaising with the tax department for VAT and tax returns
Ad-hoc reports as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with 5 years accounting experience
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, focused on efficiency
