Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field;
• 7+ years in a software development team;
• 2+ years people management experience;
• Proven ability to define, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that balances business priorities and implementation cost against project risk;
• Drive and track of the entire software lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and deployment;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

It is a plus:

• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Provides effective written and verbal status updates to senior leadership;
• Prior experience as a software developer;
