RESPONSABILITATI

Oversee and lead the shared service centre team within the European corporate accounting department.

The functions of the shared service centre are as follows:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Asset Management
- General Ledger Reconciliations
- Travel & Expenses
- Banking
- Inter-company invoicing

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and lead the shared service centre team on a day-to day basis.
- Review, improve and document all shared service centre processes.
- To act as a first escalation point for issues arising within the shared service centre (both internally and externally).
- Oversee the cross training of team members.
- Liaise with the Country Controllers and finance departments to ensure all internal reporting deadlines are achieved (eg Accounts receivable reports, supplier and expense payment runs, month-end invoice cut-off dates etc).
- Position will report directly to the Head of Accounting – European Finance Shared Service Centre


CERINTE

- 1-2 years team lead experience within a finance environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English essential.
- Other European languages would be considered an advantage (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian)
