RESPONSABILITATI

The Business Analyst works within the Information Management & BackOffice department, hierarchically located under the Senior Manager Information Management & BackOffice

The Production Applications department engineers operational reports and / or customer reports commissioned by Client Team. For operational direction or the provision of added value, source reports must be merged into composed reports:

Automation or process optimization of composed reports, as such that manual work is reduced
Redesign of existing source reports and / or designs of new source reports as such that the number of composed reports can be reduced
Writing Functional Design source reports
Engineering source reports or having them engineered
Assessing and improving source reports (logic, definition, use etc)
With or without internal or external request, mapping, analyzing and debating the recent performance compared to the required performance based on statistical data and composed reports.
Analyzing data, reports and organizational results and tracing them back to improve-ment items at a process and organizational level.
Defining questions and analyze methods for helping operations to improve.
Proactive provision of Business reports (internal and customer related) and analyses
Writing Functional Design of business reports
Engineering of business reports
Automation or process optimization of business reports, as such that manual work is reduced
Analyzing databases, reports and organizational results and tracing them back to im-provement items at a process and organizational level.
Giving advice based on analyzed business data
Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.

University level Economics (master)
University level Mathematics & Statistics (master)
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Applying the right data analysis methods.
Drawing up corresponding advice.
Correct, clear reporting view.
Punctual and accurate work methods.
Focus required when assessing data and coordinating the activities to be implemented
