Responsible for ongoing support and enhancements in SAP
Provide accurate resolution to the incidents
Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues
Demonstrates proactive approach to business/technology needs
Captures, records and shares information
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English skills both verbal and written
Other language skills are an advantage
Good understanding of business processes
Analytical thinking
Team player with ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on tickets independently
Available to work in shifts

In shifts, including night shifts.
