The main responsibilities will be:
• Coordinating the sales team operating in Iasi and sourrounding counties;
• Training and coaching of the sales team operating under your supervision;
• Following up on sales team;
• Mantaining and developing the relationship with company’s clients;
• Actively looking for new business development opportunities;
• Monitoring the sales team activity;
• Coordinating the budget for the sales department;
• Being responsible for achieving monthly and yearly targets;
• Securing that all forecasts, data reports, market analysis are delivered on a timely and accurate manner.
Our partner, an Innovative Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Sales Manager to cover the Iasi region.
A successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred at an Innovative Pharma company at least 4-5 years;
• People Management exeperience at least 1-2 years;
• High level of English knowledge;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, problemsolving personality;
• Willingnes to travel a lot;
