You shall:
- Be willing to travel to USA for training
- Possess excellent English speaking/writing skills. The Customer Support will establish professional contact and support and enlarge our clients’ solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with Management and Sales Dept in order to identify clients’ needs
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts
Monitoring the projects ‘delivery
Pro-actively updating industry and product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree
Solid overall knowledge about software technologies, Operating Systems, Business Engineering
MS office, Internet marketing is a must
Solid business knowledge is a must
English is a must
