RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose
To act as a centre of competence and proactively support the sales community in all aspects of XPS and machine deal processing (within defined scope). These core responsibilities will range from inputting deal data into Big Machines through to planning implementation and communicating with all parties throughout the order process
The LA sales force are responsible for delivering $60M of ORS in 2014, all of which needs to be processed via Big Machines. This role will have a positive impact on sales productivity through the critical management of data entry.
Scope: to proactively support the sales process from the point of order/quote creation.

Main Responsibilities
These core responsibilities will range from inputting deal data into Big Machines through to planning implementation and communicating with all parties throughout the order process
The role exists to proactively support the sales process from the point of order/quote creation
Work with the sales teams and Business Managers to agree which deals to focus on/prioritise in any given month.
Complete the data entry in to Big Machines – using data supplied by the salesperson, ensuring that this data is accurate and loaded correctly
Own and drive the validation process through Big Machines and lead/manage any amendments requested by the business units.
Lead communications with the order management/logistics and XPS implementation teams to proactively manage implementations, alongside the salesperson, to deliver a high standard of customer experience.
Provide real time feedback to the sales team/Manager to ensure that our customers can be kept up to date throughout the ordering process and that the ORS outlook accuracy can be maximised.
Manage the data entry for all non-revenue generating changes to customer contracts

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Language competency – English needs to be excellent verbal and written; French is an advantage
MS skills – advanced Excel essential
MS PowerPoint – strong skills in putting together pack from template
Good interactive and communication skills
Strong follow-up skills
Secondary Skillset Needs
MS Access – beneficial but not essential
