• Autonomous leading of recruitment projects for specialist and managerial positions,
• Creating job specifications,
• Cooperating with external providers of recruitment services,
• Supervising the whole recruitment process,
• Leading job interviews,
• Preparing all documents necessary to employ a candidate (intention letter, job contract),
• Collecting information concerning the market of external providers of recruitment services,
• Participation in the process of selecting external recruitment providers,
• Managing media contacts in case of job announcements,
You have university degree and a min. 2 years experience in „soft HR”, preferably in a production environment. Already have experience in recruitment of employees (green field experience would be an asset). Speak English fluently and have good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office environment. You have driving license.
