1. Implementing and managing all quality issues in the new plant,creating the quality teams,
2. Supervision and control of implementing internal quality procedures in the company
3. Control over implementation and actualization of system documentation, organizing and appraising internal audits;
4. Ensure the maintenance of quality levels aligned with established quality standards
5. Plan and lead/co – ordinates large or complex quality related projects, lead the development and provision of quality promotions and training to staff
6. Undertake continuous monitoring/review of product quality standards and establishes procedures and techniques for quality control standards
7. Coordinate with manufacturing and other internal systems to define and resolve product quality problems
8. Ensure working practices conform to regulatory requirements in order to support registration product development and manufacture across the single country or business unit
9. Provide leadership to the site quality teams. Manages and motivates team members and develops high performing quality teams.
10. Develop the required sense of urgency within the organisation to cure quality issues.
11. Manages the Quality Budget in accordance with unit’s budget commitments.
12. Supports all proposals regarding Quality requirements to the customer eg. presentations, explanation, communication.
13. Fosters and consolidates good relationships with customers through periodic meetings.
14. Guarantees the quality of the products delivered to customers.
• You have min. 5 years experience, speak fluently English and fully qualified quality manager, preferably in automotive sector
• You detain knowledge and certifications of quality procedures and systems (ISO9001/TS 16949, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC), certificated internal auditor ISO/TS16949
• You are customer oriented with a strong background in knowledge of production processes
• Possessing excellent communication and analytical skills, you have experience and direct contacts/negotiations with clients and suppliers and you are able to interact and influence managers and have a win-win approach
• A strong personality is required, possessing the ability to create a strong team spirit and to build high performing teams
