As our new team-mate you will have to:
• Constantly monitor the information sources regarding the organization of the auctions (Romania’s Official Monitor, specialized sites of the Government of Romania, of the Romanian public authorities, European Union’s, EBRD, WB etc.;
• Identify all the auctions in which the company can participate at with its products and services;
• Prepare all the qualifications documents for the auctions for which it has been bought the specification according to the applicable auction procedure;
• Lodge the complete final offer at the auctions organizers;
• Participate at the offers opening and represent the company’s interests in this auction stage;
• Be prepared to challenge the result of the assignment prcedures in case that the company’s lodged offer is declared a not winner offer.
To be our new team-mate you need:
• University degree (legal, technical or economics field);
• Solid knowledge regarding the legislation regarding public acquisitions (OUG 34/2006);
• Relevant experience in public acquisitions (1 year minimum);
• Experience in the IT industry (a major advantage);
• Ability to work in a challenging, rapidly changing environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent English language skills.
