The role

We are looking for a Project Office Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be a self-starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

May perform one or more of the following:

Customer Requests

* Monitors Project Office mailbox to process all relevant mails.
* Applies the Mandate Process to ensure that all mandates are actioned and completed within agreed timescales.
* Ensure that all IMACs are recorded and processed as required.
* Maintain accurate records within the database.
* Ensure adequate communication with all relevant teams concerning the progress of mandates and IMACs.
* Liaise with required departments to ensure correct charging for work completed.
* Ensure correct statistical information is recorded and maintained.
* Ensure adequate communications with all parties concerned regarding progress of project work.
* Maintain documentation in line with agreed process and ensure correct archiving.
* Assists with the overall administration of the project office.
* Administers processes specific to the operating unit served.

* Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with project office and adheres to changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project office delivery.


Resource Co-ordination

* Ensure resource coordination activities are provided and maintained.
* Maintain relevant tools used to provide resource coordination and time recording.
* Ensure correct statistical information is recorded and maintained.
* Provide required reports in line with a defined schedule.
* Ensure all requests are communicated and responded in a timely fashion
* All other duties as assigned.
