AROBS is looking for dedicated Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Planning and follow-up of multiple projects in various stages of production, across multiple development sites;
• Quality control and enforcement of processes to ensure top quality;
• Communication with the international development team;
• Communication with the international marketing team;
• Finalize product requirements (requirement specifications) for R&D projects;
Your Profile:
• At least 2 years experience in managing software development teams ;
• Technical background is preferred;
• Goal oriented person, able to push through in order to get things done;
• Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
• Autonomous and with initiative i.e. proven track record of seeking out tasks, finding new ways to enhance productivity both personally and for the team;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, team player;
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
• Has the ability to work under extreme pressure;
• Experience in working with remote teams is a plus;
