You'll be our front end guy/gal, working with a wide range of customers from different countries, with different activity backgrounds united by XWiki. They would need your diplomacy and communication skills on the follow-up of the XWiki-based solutions we create for them.
Responsibilities:
* Participation to the evaluation of the workload of the project
* Clarify requirements with clients and handle the specifications phase of the projects
* Maintaining a close interaction with the client development, support and QA teams
* Communication on the projects planning and warning in case of downward
* Respect deadlines and deliver good quality projects to our customers
* Animate XWiki Trainings for customers when needed
Required technical skills:
* You have a good understanding of classical web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript and other scripting languages), without actually being a developer
* You are familiar with Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and you have good knowledge of the software development lifecycle
* You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have optimal writing skills and abilities to report for work in a timely manner
* You are a very organized and proactive person and you are able to work under a minimum of supervision
* A good understanding of the Open Source universe and of the functioning of innovative tools are a plus
* Your spoken and written English skills allow a fluent communication with our international team. French is a plus.
