You'll be responsible for the day to day administration of the office in Iasi, perform basic HR functions, act as a support for the local management and make sure that administrative processes are followed and improved.
Your tasks will include:
• managing the relationships with the company’s suppliers(including banks and outsourced activities providers)
• prepare primary accounting papers; manage office documents and supplies;
• organizing meetings, travel arrangements, events etc
• assist the management in all business related activities;
• write, register and fill company documents;
• responsible with the look&feel of the office and for finding ways of improvment.
• University Degree, economic or psychology studies are a plus
• One year experience in a similar job, experience with running an office
• Very good knowledge of English, both written & spoken
• General knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines;
• Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude
Desirable:
• Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops
• Some experience in operating office equipment
• Basic accounting & payroll knowledge
