- Acorda asistenta tehnica membrilor echipei Bitdefender in configurarea (acces la resursele din retea, configurare email, setarea de parole personale etc) precum si la depanarea acestora in cazuri de forta majora
- Cunostinte bune de sisteme de operare (Windows si Linux)
- Cunostinte de Active Directory, iptables , Squid, Iproute2 , dhcp server, dns linux/windows, RRAS.
- Cunostinte de operare access point wifi, switch-uri layer 2, router (layer 3 ), cunostinte adsl , vpn.
Disponibilitate de interventie noaptea.
Responsabil, comunicativ, dornic sa invete.
