Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, Wordminds, a company which provides linguistic services to worldwide companies, 2 sales representatives based in Iasi.

You have convincing super-powers and you are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls?
Join our team! You will be in charge with selling corporate services on the international market and grow existing business.
A typical day:
- Sourcing prospective clients;
- Cold calling potential clients;
- Generate and develop non-customer accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling;
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize best practices;
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management;
- Finding new ways to approach local market and close clients;
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and maintaining expense accounts;
We focus on:
- Number of new clients/contracts/month;
- Absolute and relative growth of translated amounts;
- Client retention rate and satisfaction.

If you’re good at:
- Strong phone and communication skills mandatory;
- Sales forecasting and customer service skills;

- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills;
- Entrepreneurial attitude;
- Outside sales experience would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere.
