The role
We are looking for two IT Project Managers to join our team in Iasi. Our future colleagues will work on single / multiple projects or contracts, multiple services, single / multiple countries. They will provide post-sales Implementation support to the Sales community in project managing the implementation and stabilization of Document Imaging solutions in order to drive new revenue.
Major responsibilities
Build and lead project team. Define roles and responsibilities and manage communications between all parties.
Assess and define project costs, manage costs, validate pricing and delivery risks within defined controls, identify breakthrough opportunities and implement closed loop financial productivity benefits.
Provide expert advice on technical, pricing and operational pre- and post -sales support on imaging projects and contracts.
Understand customer “key drivers”, objectives and business strategy.
Manage customer satisfaction during Implementation phase and ensure that all Customer expectations are understood and accurately set.
Develop and maintain Implementation strategy, plans and schedules using ACS/Xerox methodologies, process and control tools.
Manage the project Requirements Specification development and Change Control Process prior to hand over to Production Operations.
Manage problem resolution process in accordance with customer priorities.
Promote Imaging services and enhance business development opportunities through building relationships with Sales, ACS/Xerox FM sites and directly with the external customer.
Provide input and support to the pre-sales community in bid response proposals
Required background, experience and qualifications
Two or more years successful proven track record gained within a customer focused environment.
Extensive Project Management experience and financial awareness skills.
Proven track record of managing and developing cross functional teams.
Relevant language skills (English is a must, German is desirable)
Desired background, experience and qualifications
Knowledge/ experience of Xerox Sales processes.
Experience of operating and developing Imaging solutions.
Working knowledge of corporate processes and financial procedures.
Management Developer
A good understanding of Xerox business strategy and market place.
