RESPONSABILITATI

Processing Email Production Requests

- Load content into the platform in an organized way
- Edit HTML code as needed
- Help manage and drive process for requests and fulfillment
- Clarify issues and missing items with the requesting marketers
- Trouble shoot and escalate issues as needed


Enforce Corporate and Industry Best Practices

- Help communicate the process to marketers about requesting emails as we continue to refine it
- Work with the CHQ Email Marketing Practice to share best practices for email marketing
- Alert the CHQ team if there are teams not following best practices so we can help provide solutions


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a willingness to problem solve. The candidate should possess demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidate should be comfortable with editing HTML.


Required

• Bachelors Degree
• HTML knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Experience with marketing platforms a plus
• Experience with other Email Service Providers a plus
• English: Fluent
• Project management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrable and effective time management skills


Preferred

• Marketing experience
• 1-2 years experience with Email Service Providers
• Experience working with request processing/project management
• Natural interest in the marketing industry, especially digital marketing
• Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms like Eloqua, IBM Unica, Marketo etc.
