RESPONSABILITATI

Our future colleague will provide administrative support in one or more specialized functions of HR such as Employee Relations, HR Admin, etc.
Will perform one or more of the following duties:
-processing personnel forms, recording statistics and handling highly confidential material
-answering general questions and inquiries in various areas of HR
-assisting with new hire orientation
-maintaining applicant databases and employee records, and providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records
-compiles data for analysis and reporting, and may perform routine analyses
-assists employees in the completion of appropriate forms
-maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff
-prepares employment contract, addenda and any other information or specific documents
-checking and ensuring the fulfilling of personnel files
-keeping in touch with Territorial Labor Inspectorate
-develops and administers proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities
-ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability

Responsibilities include auditing the organization to identify employee relations issues, investigating formal employee complaints and making recommendations to resolve issues, and compiling statistical reports and information
All other duties as assigned


CERINTE

Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
Good Knowledge of the national labor legislation
Minimum 3 years experience
HR certified inspector
Fluent English Speaker – another European language will be an advantage
Experience in working with Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely
Able to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends
Law Degree would be an advantage
