We are looking for several HR Database Administrators to join our team

The role
One of our UK business units operates a Shared Service model to deliver high quality, professional and customer driven Human Capital (HC) to the UK firm (c15000 employees).
Within this model our colleagues undertake a variety of transactional processes to agreed Service Level Agreements to support the strategic needs of the business. This role offers the opportunity to work within a team, on a variety of administrative areas and would be an excellent opportunity for personal development.

Choices
• Responsible for the management of Client’s employee benefit records
* Benefits include dental, travel, accident and medical insurances
* Contacting providers to inform them if there is a change in the employee benefits
* Contacting employees who have not submitted their benefits
• Choices * Opening benefit forms if the employee has a life style change such as marraige or divorce
* Working with the holiday team during holiday roll over
* Ensuring that employees have a maximum of 30 days holiday at any one point
* Working with payroll to ensure that the employee is charged correctly for the benefit
* Pensions
