RESPONSABILITATI

Plans, organizes and coordinates the sales activities in the assigned region so to reach the targets within the limits set by the company’s commercial policy and procedures;
Promotes the products and the services, participating in the sales process; supports the sales representatives when dealing with current and potential accounts;
Analyses, evaluates the sales results (based on the established KPI’s) and makes recommendations in order to consolidate the sales objectives in the area;
Reports the results on regular basis, to the direct superior;
Establishes the sales objectives for the subordinate team;
Monitors, quantitative and qualitative, the sales activity of the subordinate team;
Monitors the market evolution & trends and make proposals for increasing the sales volume in the assigned area;
Cooperates with the direct sales trainer in the process of monitoring the sales training effectiveness (implementation of the training knowledge in the day-to-day sales operations);
Monitors the performance of the direct reports, coaches, develops and motivates the team under his supervision;
Ensures the implementation of the company policies in day-to-day functions and makes sure that personnel under supervision follow the area related and general procedures and rules of the company.


CERINTE

University degree-economic and technical degrees are preferred;
Relevant experience in direct sales (at least 3 years) and knowledge of advanced sales techniques;
Experience on a similar managerial position;
Excellent knowledge of the mobile telecommunications market;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good command of English;
Clean driving license-B category;
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
People motivation & development skills;
Efficient planner, organizer and able to set appropriate priorities;
Able to take timely informed decisions and solve problems;
Able to work under pressure and respect dead-lines;
Flexibility and high personnel commitment;
