Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

The primary duties of the Graphic Designer will be working with the Senior Manager, Creative Services and members of the marketing team to develop creative/branded marketing material for the company in order to brand the company and its product/services in a consistent manner that is in line with the company’s overall business strategy. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for design, layout and assistance with company literature, marketing collateral, and advertisements.

Specific roles and responsibilities include:

• Respond efficiently to requests for specific design and production requirements for literature, events, presentations, adverts, graphics, etc., ensuring all pertinent details relating to content, style, format and timing are established relating to the job in question.
• Interpret briefs accurately by creating documents as required, combining text, illustrations, photography and graphs as necessary.
• Develop a clear understanding of the brand standards and be able to communicate them, ensuring quality and consistency in our corporate image
• Work directly with internal customers to develop each piece of work to a finished stage, incorporating amendments and additions and refining design in accordance with changing requirements.
• Ensure all work is approved by the central brand team.
• Ensure own work is peer reviewed.
• Maintain compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Provide any other general marketing support as necessary from time to time.


CERINTE

• Advanced skill level with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• A minimum of 2 years experience in multifaceted graphic design position
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong visual/conceptual skills with a keen eye for typography, layout and color, combined with a clean contemporary visual aesthetic
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure and to manage multiple deadlines
• The ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines
• The ability to maintain high standards whilst working under pressure
