The role


We are looking for several Functional Analysts to join our team. The candidates will be self-starter, driven, independent thinkers with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.



Position Summary


The Functional Analyst will be part of a team dedicated to the transition and transformation of outsourcing projects and the buildup of Employee service centers in different locations. As part of that team the Functional Analysts will participate in all activities required to such projects from requirement management, Process Design and re-engineering, Documentation and knowledge transfer to Training Design, Testing of People, processes readiness and operations support.


Project Related Competencies.

* Analytical skills in Business process Analysis in the Human Resources or Payroll field. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
* Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
* Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules as well as applies project standards.
* Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
* Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients based on company methodologies and best practices.
* Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

CERINTE

Technical Skills.

* Bachelor’s degree and University/Master title preferred.
* SAP or PSFT expertise is a plus
* Experience in Business Processes Analysis.
* Language skills: Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish
* HR and or Payroll background
* Call centre environment knowledge
* Strong cultural skills by being participated in multi country projects.
* Microsoft Office advanced user.
