The Financial Analyst will report into the FP&A Manager based in Iasi, Romania and will be part of the European CFO’s wider team.
This is a newly created role due to expansion within Europe. The Financial Analyst will be working closely with Operations in order to forecast, plan and analyse the financial performance of the projects. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the month end cycle.

• Support with the preparation of the weekly/monthly financial reports, analysis and explanations of variances.
• Involved in budgeting and forecasting process.
• Responsible for tracking and reviewing client invoices.
• Responsible for determining the profitability and financial viability of investments.
• Work closely with Operations in order to find ways to improve the profitability of the projects.
• Assist with the design and implementation of new financial analysis metrics and reporting.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Fluency in English both written and verbally (Italian would be an advantage).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Degree in a math/finance/business and accounting related subject.
