The Role:

The FPA Analyst is part of the European CFO’s wider team.
This is a newly created role due to expansion within Europe. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible to support with the consolidation of European financial reporting, planning and analysis. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in the month end cycle.

The candidate will be a self starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results orientated.
The candidate will need to demonstrate a can-do attitude and be able to offer solutions to any problems identified.

Overview of the role - Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•Support with the weekly / monthly reports preparation and analysis.
•Responsible to monitor the budget, forecast and flashes information in the system (Hyperion / Essbase) and report when the information has changed.
• Support with the preparation of the weekly financial flashes.
• Support with the preparation and analysis of financial performance of European budgets.
• Assist with the design and implementation of new financial analysis metrics and reporting.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Role skills - Critical Technical & Behavioural Skills/Qualifications:
• Fluency in English both written and verbally.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Hyperion Essbase - experience would be an advantage.
• Degree in a math / finance / business and accounting related subject
